Creativity developed a PMO implementation model based on Project Management Institute (PMI) and Software Engineering Institute (SEI) best practices: PMBOK® Guide, OPM3™ (Organizational Project Management Maturity Model), The Standard for Portfolio Management and CMMI® (Capability Maturity Model Integration).
Our approach to this type of implementation focuses on the triangle: processes and methodologies, tools and technology, people and training.
