ORGANIZATIONAL MATURITY MODELS

A MODEL FOR ORGANIZATIONAL SUCCESS

More mature organizations in project management waste less resources, are more efficient in choosing and executing projects and generally last longer than that others less mature.
Our experience and knowledge in evaluating current maturity levels are essential, by allowing the organization to safely progress thru the steps of the maturity model in its way to higher maturity levels. This process is normally very sensitive from the organizational structure.

Implementation Methodology

Our model uses as base OPM3 from PMI and P3M from ESI and has defined five maturity levels: Ad hoc, Common Processes, Unique Methodology, Benchmarking and Continuous Improvement.

IMPLEMENTATION METHODOLOGY
The implementation of the Organizational Maturity Model has a number of steps, starting with the top management commitment (sponsorship), followed by a kick-off meeting with the project team and concluding with the implementation of the chosen model. This process then follows an iterative approach in which the maturity level is evaluated and the organization advances to higher maturity levels until reaching Level 5 – Continuous Improvement.
