BUILDING CARREERS AND COMPETENCIES IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Creativity developed and implements a Project Manager Competency Model. This models establishes a set of key-competencies for the several project managers and defines a career progression path. The implementation of such a model allows the initial evaluation of project manager’s competencies and the determination of gaps and areas for improvement. An improvement plan is then defined.

Adapting the model to the organization is essential, comprised in three separate but interdependent areas: project management knowledge, project management competencies and behavioral competencies (MBIT evaluation).
After the initial evaluation (MBIT personality test) and set of interviews, the result is expressed in a radar graphic, where strong points and areas for improvement are shown.
