Project Management Fundamentals (21h - 21 PDUs) – Basic training course with practice exercises, for project team members and other stakeholders. Covers all main topics of modern project management, according to PMI best practices.
Advanced Project Management (49h - 49 PDUs) – Advanced course, covering all best practices advocated by PMBOK Guide. It has 2 modules with theory and practice, where students will solve in groups a study case presented by the trainer.
Software Projects Management (35h - 35 PDUs) – Fundamental course for Software development project managers. Covers all knowledge areas of PMBOK Guide.
PMP Certification Preparation (35h - 35 PDUs) – This intensive training course prepares students for the PMP certification exam. Includes a simulation of a real exam (200 questions in 4 hours).
Project Risk Management (12h - 12 PDUs) – Specialist course dedicated to Risk Management in projects, where this important knowledge area is covered in great detail, always in line with the best recommendations of PMI. Includes the resolution of a case study.
Project Financial Evaluation (12h - 12 PDUs) – Specialist course dedicated to deepen the technical concepts of project financial evaluation (business case). Includes the resolution of a case study.
PMOs Implementation and Management (12h - 12 PDUs) – Specialist training course for those wanting to know how to implement a PMO, from strategic planning to operations.
Project Leadership and Management (35h – 35 PDUs) – Advanced course for experienced project managers, covering all PMBOK Guide knowledge areas.
Earned Value Management (8h – 8 PDUs) – Advanced training course that teaches how to implement and use EVM in organizations. We will use Microsoft Project as a tool to register and monitor EVM.
