CONSULTING AREAS IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  1. Outsorcing of Projects Managers – Our project managers are certified by the Project Management Institute as PMP® and our project management methodology is based on world-class best practices described in PMBOK® Guide.
  2. Project Management Offices (PMO) – We help our clients implementing PMOs in their organizations, to help the company adopt best practices and improve the quality of their project managers. This improves project performance in schedule, budget and quality.
  3. Microsoft Project Server (EPM) – We implement Microsoft’s tools for centralized portfolio, project and resource management: Project Server 2007 and Project Portfolio Server 2007. We follow Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF) for these implementations and use market best practices to help our clients increase their invoicing and reduce their costs.
  4. Project Audit and Recovery – We audit problematic projects and produce recovery reports. If the client wants, we can also take control of the project during the recovery.
  5. Organizational Maturity Model –We evaluate the organization’s project management maturity level and design a path to higher levels. We use PMI OPM3™ and P3M models for this.
  6. Project Manager Competency Framework (PMCF®) – We have developed a model that allows the evaluation of project managers competency levels, defining areas of improvement for career progression.
