AUDIT AND RECOVERY METHODOLOGY
Using our experience we have developed a project audit and recovery methodology for problematic projects, i.e., projects with troubles in keeping their original scope, deadlines, costs and/or quality baselines.
This methodology starts with a thorough project audit, continues with the elaboration of a complete written diagnosis report with improvement measures and finishes (if the client desires) by having a Creativity Project Manager managing the project thru the recuperation.
